I strive to be non-judgmental, and to truly hear your goals and work with you to reach them, without telling you what is right for you and your life.

I’m here to help guide you through the healing process, assist in building resilience and to help work towards sexual and relational well-being. Using approaches rooted in neurobiology, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care, I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling, free from judgment or expectations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all humans are built with an innate ability and impulse to move towards health and personal growth. My own journey through recovery and trauma has inspired my work as a therapist and I can understand how difficult and intimidating it is to seek out help, but you are not alone and you do not have to be. I will be direct and honest with you and meet you where you are at in your process. I do not believe it is my job to determine your relationships should look like or how your life should be. I believe that all people deserve to live a happy and healthy life, no matter what that life looks like. My job, as a therapist, is to help you to get to where you want to be.
