About My Clients
At Resilience Lab I support members of LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities with their mental health- especially if they're intersectional humans learning how to navigate life’s complexities (QTBIPOC - Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). I also enjoy working with any and all people struggling with body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, or trauma. My goal is to build awareness of your emotions and sensations so you can understand yourself and your limitations.
My Background and Approach
There are no limits to how you express yourself within the healing space with me. If you're feeling angry and need to scream, do that. If you're feeling lost, let's go there. If you're feeling anxious, let's name that. This is how we connect and grow. There is zero judgment, always. You are free to come as you are, always.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as the BIPOC community. Intersectionality is a critical component of how I view the world and operate in the healing space. I have spent many years working with marginalized groups of all kinds and I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves to have access to care, to have their voices heard, their stories uplifted, and their experience validated.
