I work to help you create a positive gender identity, whether you are questioning this identity, or gaining self-esteem and community, I have been working with and supporting positive gender identity throughout my time as a marriage and family therapist. I have attended many continued education courses in this field and this was also my focus of study throughout my schooling. I will continue to work to learn more in order to best serve you in your gender identity journey.

I have been working with children under that age of 10 using play therapy and art therapy. I truly enjoy working with this population and continue to attend continued education courses to gain more information and insight on how best to work with children and their changing needs.

This was my focus throughout my schooling as well as the focus of my continued education training. I am truly passionate about working with this population and affirming not only the person, but their family and community as well. As an active member of the community, I strive to provide support in as many ways as I can, including testifying in front of congress to change laws when necessary.

As someone who has ADHD and Autism and knows the stigma, struggles, and pain of masking, I am extremely passionate about working with neurodivergent clients. It is also extremely common for neurodivergence and LGBTQQIA+ identities to converge, so I found it important to ensure I had the knowledge, compassion, and training to work with both populations. Whether you are looking to begin to unmask, understand yourself better, or learn coping skills, I am eager to help you reach your goals.
